Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
 
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at online@botex.lk or +94742833944 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.
 
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
 
Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized/personalized items are non-returnable.
 
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
 
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for assistance.
 
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties associated with returns.
 
Store Credit:
If you prefer, we also offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
